Privacy policy
What happens to your information when you use this site or call us from it.
Last updated September 30, 2026.
This explains what happens to your information when you use hearth-enterprises.com. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call us at (706) 234-0521 and a person will answer.
Who this is about
Hearth Enterprises, Inc., with showrooms in Rome and Canton, Georgia. We decide what happens to the information described here.
What you give us
The request forms on this site are the only places we ask you for anything. Depending on the form, that is:
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Which showroom suits you, what you are interested in, and a message.
- A preferred day for a visit, and a photo of your space if you choose to attach one.
- On the contractor form, your company name and the kind of project.
You never have to use a form. You can call or walk in instead and send us nothing online.
Phone calls
Some phone numbers you see on this site or in our ads may be tracking numbers. They ring straight through to our showroom, and they tell us which ad or page led to the call. When you call one, the calling number, the time and the length of the call are recorded, and the call itself may be recorded. We use that to answer your questions, to follow up, and to see which advertising is working.
What is collected without you typing anything
Like most websites, our host records ordinary technical information when a page loads: the IP address the request came from, the browser and device, the page requested, and the time.
The site also remembers how you first arrived, for example from a Google search, a Facebook ad or another website, and sends that along with any form you submit. That is how we know which advertising brings in real requests. It is kept in your own browser and does not identify you.
We also use the analytics and advertising tools listed below. They set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, which tell us how the site is used, which ads bring people to it, and let us show our ads to people who have visited before. They do not give us your name.
The tools we use, and who runs them
- Netlify hosts the site and receives anything you send through a form. Their privacy policy.
- Google Analytics counts visits and tells us which pages lead to a call or a request. Google's privacy policy.
- Google Ads measures which of our Google ads lead to a visit, a call or a request, and lets us show ads to past visitors. Same Google policy as above.
- Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) records visits so our Facebook and Instagram advertising can be measured and shown to past visitors. Meta's privacy policy.
- LocaliQ runs our advertising on our behalf. Its tracking code measures which ads bring people to the site and provides the call tracking described above. Their privacy policy.
- Google Maps shows the map for each showroom. Loading a map lets Google see your IP address.
- Google Fonts supplies the lettering on the site, which also lets Google see your IP address.
What we do with it
- Answer your question, quote your project, and arrange the installation or service visit.
- Understand which advertising is working, so we spend money sensibly.
- Show our ads to people who have already visited the site.
- Keep the site running and secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who wants to market something unrelated to you.
Who else sees it
The companies listed above, because they run parts of the site or our advertising for us. Beyond that, only people who need to: our own staff, and manufacturers, installers or suppliers where your job requires it, such as registering a warranty. We will also hand information over if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Requests and call records are kept as long as we may still reasonably do business with you. If you want yours removed sooner, ask and we will remove it.
Your choices
- Ask us. Call (706) 234-0521 and ask what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it. There is no charge.
- Cookies. Every browser can block or delete cookies. The site still works if you do.
- Advertising. You can turn off personalized ads with Google and Meta directly, or across many companies at once at optout.aboutads.info.
- Analytics. Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics from recording your visits on any site.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
