Why Canton
An hour is a long way to shop for fire.
For years, Cherokee County customers found us the hard way. A builder would recommend us, or somebody would drive over from Canton or Ball Ground because nobody nearer had the line they wanted, and then wait for a truck to come the same distance for every service call after that.
Opening on Marietta Highway fixes both ends of that. You get a floor you can walk into on a lunch break, and the crew is already on your side of the county when the pilot quits in January.
What has not changed is who does the work. Hearth Enterprises is the same company, with the same installers and the same (706) 234-0521 on the door, that Northwest Georgia has called since 1974.

After the sale
Service, not just shelves.
A hearth shop that only sells is half a business. We install what we sell, to code, with our own crew, and then we come back for the annual cleaning and the January phone call when the pilot will not stay lit.
That includes equipment we did not sell you. Hearth gear routinely outlives the company that installed it, so if you have a unit with a dead thermocouple and a defunct dealer, give us the brand and model off the data plate and we will tell you what is still available.
- Repair. Pilots that will not hold, sooting glass, dead remotes, blowers that quit.
- Annual service. Sensors checked, burner ports and orifices cleaned, venting inspected, safety shutoff tested.
- Chimney cleaning. Once a year for a wood fireplace you use through the season.

The displays burn live, which is the whole point of the visit. Gas fireplaces, inserts, and log sets run on the floor so you can judge flame height, glow, and how much heat actually comes into a room before you commit to anything.

Do you install and service in Cherokee County, or only sell?
We do all three. The same crew that sells you the fireplace installs it to code and handles the service calls afterward, rather than handing the installation to a subcontractor. That includes repair and annual cleaning on units we did not sell.
Do you work with Cherokee County builders?
