How it runs

Four trips, zero surprises.

01 · Bid

Send the plans

Email plans or specs, or walk them into the shop. We’ll quote per unit, per model, or per phase.

02 · Rough-in

Boxes & venting set

Units and venting go in when framing’s ready — scheduled around your other trades, not the other way around.

03 · Finish

Trim, logs & fire test

Surrounds, log sets, and trim at finish — then every unit is lit and tested before your walkthrough.

04 · Handoff

Buyers call us, not you

Homeowners get our number at closing, an orientation on their unit, and service for decades after.

Common questions

What builders ask us.

Can you quote from plans?

Yes. Email the plans or the fireplace schedule and we will come back with a per-unit quote, or a per-phase number if that suits how you bill. If the spec is still open we will give you two or three options at different allowances so you can price the house.

How far ahead do you need to be scheduled?

The honest answer is that it depends on the season — fall is the busy stretch for every hearth shop in Northwest Georgia. Get us on the calendar as soon as framing dates firm up and we will work around your other trades. Call the shop for current lead times.

Can you handle multiple units across a subdivision?

Yes, and it is usually easier for everyone when the units are standardized. Tell us how many houses and how many fireplaces per house, and we will talk through models that stay available across the whole build rather than getting discontinued halfway through.

Who takes the warranty calls after closing?

We do. Homeowners get our number and call us directly for anything hearth-related. That is the main reason builders keep using us — it takes an entire category off your punch list and out of your first-year callbacks.

Do you handle the gas connection?

Tell us what is already at the house and we will tell you exactly what we can take on and where your plumber needs to leave it. We would rather scope that clearly at bid time than discover a gap at rough-in.

Do you work on remodels, not just new construction?

Yes. Remodels are often more involved than new builds, because we are working with an existing firebox, chimney, and framing. Send photos of what is there now along with what the client wants and we will tell you what is realistic.
